Description
Citadel is a bold and refreshing Pale Ale that balances bright hop flavours with a clean bitterness. Talus hops in the boil provide zesty pink grapefruit, while a dry-hop of liquid and pellet Mosaic layers in blueberry and stone fruit notes. The result is a crisp, aromatic pale with a grapefruit-forward palate and a satisfyingly dry, bitter finish.
