Description
Brewed in collaboration with Up Front Brewing, this White IPA blends 50% wheat with a generous dry-hop of Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, and Nectaron. The result is a juicy, smooth beer with layers of tropical fruit and subtle dankness. Fermented with ‘Nectar’ yeast Metschnikowia reukaufii and WHC’s Saturated strain, it enhances sweet, exotic flavours for a complex yet refreshing IPA.
